Luciano spent about two years building automations for Resitek, a Montreal IT and cybersecurity company.
- A support queue monitor that alerts the right technician when a client has been waiting too long, then escalates to a manager if the ticket still has not been handled.
- A monthly Microsoft licence audit across roughly 39 client companies that identified licences still being paid for after employees had left.
- An after-hours voice assistant that collects the caller's information and problem, then opens a support ticket automatically.
- An internal AI assistant trained on closed support tickets and SharePoint files so employees can find answers without having to ask the owner.
- Automated employee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, access and software licences when someone joins or leaves.
- Around 10 other internal systems, including licence renewal alerts, voicemails sent directly into Teams, and a password reset tool.
