30 minutes. I'll tell you whether AI can fix it, what it would actually cost, and whether I'm the right person to build it. No pitch deck, no commitment.
You don't need a deck. You don't need a spec. Just be ready to talk through these.
01
The problem in plain words.
"My team spends 25 hrs/week on manual data entry" or "I lose leads at 9pm because nobody answers." Specific is better than abstract.
02
The tools you already use.
CRM, accounting, calendar, comms, marketing. I need to know what to integrate with. List is fine.
03
A rough sense of the cost of the problem.
"It costs me X hours/week" or "I lose Y leads/month" — even an estimate. Helps me size the solution.
04
Your timeline.
"I want this live next week" or "Q3 is fine." Pace matters. I move fast when you need it, slow when you don't.
What I Won't Do on the Call
What you won't get from me.
A pitch deck.
No slides, no "here's why we're great." We're talking through your problem, not me selling you. If we're not a fit, we'll figure that out in the first 5 minutes.
Pressure.
No "this offer expires today." No urgency tactics. Take a week to think about it. Talk to your team. If you ghost me, I'll send one polite follow-up and then move on.
Vague answers.
If I can't build it, I'll say so. If it'll cost more than your problem is worth, I'll tell you. Honesty is faster than a follow-up sequence.
Just call.
Phone is the fastest way. Mon–Sat, 8am–10pm EST. If I'm in a meeting, leave a voicemail and I'll call back within 2 hours.
