The work
What kind of work can you automate?
Repetitive work your team does on a computer. For example: typing orders from emails into your system, copying customer details between programs, or entering supplier bills. We also set up follow-ups to past customers and weekly reports. If someone does the same steps every day or every week, it is worth a look.
Do you build websites or custom software?
Yes. We build websites in French and English, connected to your forms, chat and bookings. When no app off the shelf fits, we build the tool, like a CRM or a booking system.
What does the AI actually do here?
In plain words, it reads and writes. It reads an email or a PDF and picks out the details, like an order number or an amount. It can write a reply, or answer a question from your own documents. Everything else is automation: fixed steps, set up in advance. For anything important, we can set it up so your team checks it first.
Do you build AI agents?
Yes. An AI agent is AI that does a task on its own, like reading an email and deciding where to file it, not just answering questions. We build them when they are worth it.
Do we have to change our software?
No. We build around the programs you already use, like your email, spreadsheets and accounting software. We connect to most programs. When a program offers no proper connection, we can usually work in it through the screen, the same way your team does. We check your tools before you buy and tell you straight if one of them cannot be touched.
How long does it take?
Most setups are running within a few weeks. Simpler ones can be live sooner. Your written plan says when your first task will be running.

Working with us
How is this different from other AI pitches?
We do not push a new app on your team. We start from the work your team already does, and we only build what is worth it.
Can we just do this ourselves with ChatGPT?
Some of it, yes. Most owners do not have the time, so we build it and keep it running. If you have someone in-house who wants to do it, we can train your team instead: we set it up so customer info stays safe, write the rules, and coach that person.
Who does the work?
Luciano Bossa, our founder. He is directly responsible for every system we build, so when you call, you get him. He built automations for Resitek, a Montreal IT and cybersecurity company, over about two years.
Do you work in French?
Yes. We work in French and English. Your calls, plans and monthly summaries can be in the language you prefer.
Do you do IT support?
No. We do not fix computers or networks, and we do not do cybersecurity. We refer that work to a Montreal IT firm we work with. We handle the systems that do your repetitive computer work.
What if it breaks?
We fix it. That is part of the monthly fee. You can call Mon-Sat, 9am-10pm.
What about our data and passwords?
We build on your own accounts wherever possible. We only use the access we need. You can remove our access any time.
Luciano is one person. What if he is not available?
Your systems run on servers, not on his computer, so they keep running whether he is at his desk or not. You can reach us Mon-Sat, 9am-10pm. If he is away, or a job needs more hands, we bring in technicians we work with.

Cost and the free call
What does it cost?
One setup fee plus one monthly fee. The price depends on the work. If your task is worth automating, the written plan after the free call tells you what it costs. A website is one price to build. If you want us to host it and keep it up to date, that part is monthly.
Is there a long contract?
No. It is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens on the free call?
It takes 20 minutes on Google Meet, with a screen share. You show us one task the way your team does it now. We tell you right away if it is worth automating. If yes, you get a short written plan. It says what we automate first, what it costs, and when it will be running.
What if it is not worth automating?
We say so. Some tasks are too small or change too often to be worth it. Then you have spent 20 minutes and nothing else.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. Just share your screen. Pick a task your team does every week and show us how it gets done. For example: typing orders from emails, entering supplier bills or building a report.
