What people ask
before they
book a call.

All the questions I get over and over. If yours isn't here, ask on the call.

Fit & Cost

Is this for me?

Who do you build for?
Canadian SMBs that need more than off-the-shelf software gives them. If you've already tried Zapier, HubSpot, or some industry tool and it didn't fit your business — that's where I come in. If a cheap off-the-shelf SaaS already does the job, you don't need me.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you're paying for 4+ tools and still doing manual data entry between them. If your team has built a workaround for a SaaS limitation. If you've ever said "this would work if it just did X." That's the signal.
What does an AI employee cost?
There's no sticker price — each one is scoped to your business and the hours it buys back. After a free 20-minute audit, you get an exact number within 24 hours. No templates, no surprises, and you own everything I build. How quoting works →
Why not just use a SaaS?
Because a SaaS is one product sold to thousands of businesses with a config screen. An AI employee from me is custom code built for your business, doing a whole job, with upkeep included. You're hiring a worker that fits how you actually run — not renting a seat that almost fits.
Ownership & Tech

What about the code?

Do I actually own my employee?
Yes. Full source, full credentials, full documentation. It lives on your servers (or your cloud account). If you ever stop working with me, it keeps running. Unlike a SaaS seat, you own the worker outright.
What stack do you use?
n8n for orchestration, Python (Playwright, scraping libraries) for anything that touches the web, Node.js for PDF and slide generation, Anthropic's Claude for the AI, and your existing CRM/accounting/calendar via their APIs. Everything documented.
What if I want to switch engineers later?
Then you do. The code is yours, the docs are yours, the credentials are yours. Hand it to anyone — me, an in-house dev, another freelancer — and they can pick it up.
Process & Timeline

How does this work?

How long until my employee starts?
3–7 days from kickoff to live for most hires. Smaller specialists are typically 1–3 days. Free audit → 24-hour quote → start the same week. Full process page →
What do you need from me?
A 20-min call, access to the tools the employee needs to work with, and a daily 5-min check during build week. That's it. I don't need detailed specs — that's my job to figure out.
What if it breaks?
Then I fix it — upkeep is included. Most issues I catch and fix before you notice. When something does surface, it's typically resolved within a few hours.

Question not on the list?

Ask me directly on a 20-min call. Whatever you've been wondering, I've probably been asked it before.
