Founder of Always Ahead AI in Montreal. I build and operate revenue systems for home-service companies: automatic estimate follow-up, review requests, customer reactivation. I work in English and French. When you call, you get me.
I got my start building production automation systems at Resitek, a Montreal IT and cybersecurity company. Those systems still run today. That's where I learned the standard: a system either runs every day or it doesn't count.
Then I went solo, and I built a lot of different things for a lot of different businesses. Booking systems. Voice agents. Follow-up sequences. Some of it clever, some of it plain. And I noticed something: nobody paid me for clever. What they paid for, month after month, was simpler than that. A system that stays running, and one person accountable when it doesn't.
So that's the business now. One product, The Revenue Engine, for home-service companies: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, roofing, drainage. It follows up on every estimate until it's booked or closed out, requests reviews after every job, and brings past customers back. I install it inside the tools you already use, then I operate it: watched daily, reported monthly, reviewed quarterly.
The report counts only jobs with a traceable chain from message to booking. If it can't justify the fee, you cancel. Month-to-month means I have to earn it every 30 days.
