Before going solo, I built the entire AI and operations stack at Resitek, a Montreal IT and cybersecurity company. Not a side project. Not a weekend hack. The actual systems that ran the business 24/7.

That meant: automated billing (invoices generated, sent, reconciled, chased), client onboarding and offboarding (provisioning, account creation, credential rotation), an AI ticket queue that triaged inbound issues and routed them, a voice agent for inbound calls outside business hours, a cold email engine that brought in leads, voice clones for video walkthroughs, and AI video for client communication. Pieces breaking every week. Me fixing them.

Two years of that was my engineering apprenticeship. I learned what running an actual business feels like — what's worth automating and what isn't, where AI helps and where it just adds latency, when to write custom code and when SaaS is fine.

Now I do the same thing for other Canadian SMBs. I take what I built there, adapt it to your business, and ship it in a week. The engineering muscle is real. The operations instinct is hard-earned. You're not hiring a consultant who reads about ops. You're hiring someone who ran ops.
