What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book a call, Google’s appointment scheduler takes your name, your email and the time you picked, and the booking lands in our Google Calendar. When you call, text or email us, we keep that message. The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

The chat on this site

The chat assistant, Andrew, is an AI, not a person. What you type is sent to our AI provider so it can write a reply, and the provider may keep it for a limited time under its own policy. Its servers may be outside Quebec. Each chat conversation (what you type and the assistant’s replies, with the date and time) is also sent to Luciano through Telegram, so he can read it and follow up with you. Telegram’s servers may be outside Quebec. If you give your name, phone number or business in the chat, they go to Luciano the same way, and they may also pass through our automation service, which may keep them for a limited time and whose servers may be outside Quebec. Chat conversations are kept like other contact details, and you can ask us to delete them. Please do not type passwords or sensitive information in the chat.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you and to run our own business. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

If you become a client

We build inside your own accounts wherever possible. We use only the access we need for the work, and you can remove our access at any time. Your business data stays yours. If you stop working with us, we export it for you.

How long we keep it

Contact and booking details for as long as we are talking or working together, plus the period our accounting requires. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights under Law 25

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to luci@alwaysaheadai.com or call 514 886 8879 and we will answer within 30 days.
