Automations
Automated reports and alerts for Montreal businesses.
We set up automatic reports and alerts for small and medium businesses in the Montreal area. Instead of someone pulling numbers every Monday, the report lands in your inbox or in Teams on a schedule, and an alert goes out when someone needs to act. It is built around the programs you already use, like your spreadsheets and accounting software.

What it looks like
An example: a weekly report built from what you already have. Yours would use your own programs and your own numbers.
Early Monday morning, the system pulls last week's numbers from your sales spreadsheet and your accounting software.
It puts them in the same format every week: sales, open purchase orders, unpaid invoices.
Anything that needs a look, like an invoice past due, is flagged at the top.
The report is sent to you by email or posted in a Teams channel before your day starts.
If something needs action, the alert goes to the person in charge, then to you if nothing has moved.
What we can set up
Weekly or monthly reports
The numbers someone pulls by hand, gathered from your spreadsheets and programs and sent by email or Teams on a schedule.
Left waiting too long
When a client, a ticket or a request has waited too long, the right person gets an alert, then a manager if nothing moves.
Renewals coming up
Licences, contracts or subscriptions due for renewal, flagged before the date, not after.
Monthly checks
Each month, a list of what looks wrong, like a subscription still paid for that nobody uses anymore. A person reviews it before anything changes.
A number that is off
An alert when a figure is outside what you expect, like stock running low or unpaid invoices piling up.
What stays with your team
An alert tells a person. It does not decide for them. For anything important, we set it up so your team checks first.
Reports run on fixed steps set up in advance, so each report goes through the same steps. AI is only used where something has to be read or written, like picking out the details from an email or a PDF.
If someone pulls the same numbers every week, or has to remember to check the same thing, it is worth a look.
Questions owners ask
Can you send us a weekly report from our Excel files automatically?
Usually, yes, when your Excel files are in Microsoft 365, for example on SharePoint. We build the report from those files and send it by email or Teams on the schedule you pick. We look at your files on the free call first, wherever they are saved.
Does it work with our accounting software, like QuickBooks, Acomba or Sage 50?
We connect to most programs. When a program has no proper connection, we can usually work in it through the screen, the way your team does. We check yours on the free call, before you buy anything, and tell you plainly if we cannot work with it.
What if an alert goes off and nobody acts on it?
It can go to a second person. That is how the support queue monitor we built for an IT company was set up: the right technician is alerted first, then a manager if the ticket still has not been handled.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
Most setups are running within a few weeks. It is one setup fee plus one monthly fee, month to month, and fixes are part of the monthly fee. The written plan after the free call gives you the price.
Do you also do IT support?
No. We set up reports, alerts and other automations. For computers, networks and cybersecurity, we refer you to a Montreal IT firm we work with.
We work with businesses in Montreal (including Saint-Laurent), Laval, Longueuil, Brossard and the South Shore, in French and English.
